Purpose of Your Work:

As a Warehouse Supervisor working within Distribution (one of our entities), you will be responsible for overseeing all inbound and receiving operations, inventory control processes, and internal material movement to ensure efficient flow of goods from dock to production line. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, coordinating timely deliveries to production, and driving continuous improvement in warehouse organization, accuracy, and productivity.

How You Make a Difference Everyday:

Inbound & Receiving:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily inbound shipments, unloading, and put-away activities.
  • Verify accuracy of shipments against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure materials are received, labeled, and stored in designated locations promptly.
  • Maintain communication with procurement, suppliers, and carriers to manage inbound schedules.

Inventory Control:

  • Oversee cycle counting, physical inventory, and reconciliation processes.
  • Maintain accurate system transactions and investigate variances.
  • Implement best practices for stock rotation, space utilization, and warehouse organization.
  • Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, or damaged inventory and coordinate corrective actions.

Inventory Material Movement:

  • Manage pick, stage, and delivery of materials to production lines to support just-in-time manufacturing.
  • Ensure timely replenishment of work cells and staging areas to avoid downtime.
  • Optimize internal logistics flow to minimize handling and improve efficiency.
  • Partner with production and planning teams to align inventory and material movement with production schedules.

Leadership & Safety:

  • Lead, train, and develop warehouse associates in receiving, inventory, and line delivery functions.
  • Enforce safety, quality, and 5S standards throughout the warehouse.
  • Monitor labor performance, KPIs, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Support a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

You’ve Got This?

  • 3–5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or lead role (manufacturing or production support preferred).
  • Strong understanding of inventory control, ERP/WMS systems, and lean material flow principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software.

Work Schedule:

This position is full-time and onsite Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 3PM with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.

Compensation Range:

Salary Range:

$28.00/hr-$32.00/hr

This position is eligible to earn annual incentives based on individual and company performance.

The estimated pay range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the geographical location in which the applicant lives and/or which they will be performing the job.
