Work Schedule:

This position is full-time and hybrid Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.

Purpose of Your Work:

The Campaign Senior Specialist working within Redwood Logistics (our parent company), is responsible for helping develop and execute strategic lead generation campaigns to increase revenue, pipeline and prospect engagement as it relates to Redwood’s portfolio of services. This includes working closely with content, digital, qualification, and event groups to assist in building targeted, specific campaigns prioritized by the leadership team.

The ideal candidate will understand and excel in developing targeted campaigns from top of funnel advertising through bottom of funnel conversion and will be responsible for organizing and scaling lead generation programs across Redwood’s portfolio of services, alongside the Senior Marketing Campaign Manager.

How You Make a Difference Everyday:

  • Develop and execute scalable Marketing campaigns to drive pipeline and revenue across Redwood’s portfolio of services
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the various Redwood business units to understand target audiences and their pain points, then tailor campaigns to resonate and drive action.
  • Optimize campaign performance by utilizing data and analytics to monitor key metrics, analyze results, and adjust for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain clear communication by providing regular updates to stakeholders on campaign progress, initiatives, and potential obstacles.
  • Ensure project/campaign efficiency by overseeing campaign deadlines, managing meetings, and communicating next steps.
  • Assist in the development of robust lead generation programs surrounding events, including outreach, BDR alignment, and on-site support.
  • Regularly identify optimization opportunities in campaign SOPs, consistently looking for ways to automate or more easily report on processes and systems.
  • Utilize outputs of intent data and additional MarTech stack to influence and prioritize key campaign tactics.
  • Collaborate across teams by offering support to Field Marketing and Sales Enablement projects as needed, aligned with campaign goals.

You’ve Got This?

  • 3+ years of experience in Campaign Management in B2B space
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in time management required
  • Ability to be proactive and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Ability to learn and grow within Logistics & Transportation
  • Comfort working within project management tools such as Wrike, Trello, or similar
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Marketing software (Hubspot, Salesforce, 6sense, ZoomInfo)
  • Travel may be required for event support up to 20%
