Location: Remote

Status: Exempt; Salaried

Work Schedule:

This position is full-time and remote Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.

Purpose of Your Work:

Partner Marketing Manager working within Redwood Logistics (our parent company), you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive pipeline through joint go to market efforts with key channel partners. This includes but is not limited to a focus on Redwood’s technology partners like Oracle, MercuryGate, project44 as well as Private Equity Partners like AEA, KKR, KDC/One and more.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing demand generating strategies like campaigns, events, joint content, and more to create effective joint go-to-market efforts. This person will work closely with all members of the Demand Generation, Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Product and more and requires proven experience in channel marketing and pipeline generation.

How You Make a Difference Everyday:

  • Develop and implement channel marketing strategies to drive awareness, demand generation, and growth through channel partnerships across: private equity, technology partners, and more.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create marketing collateral, sales enablement tools, and promotional materials tailored to channel partners' needs.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations, including marketing teams, executives, and sales representatives.
  • Develop demand gen program templates for each Partner’s ICP, focusing on specific go-to-market tactics dependent upon buyer journey stage and specific business goals
  • Build, monitor and analyze key success metrics for all Partner campaigns, consistently communicating to internal and external stakeholders; ensuring optimal performance and output quality.
  • Keep projects running smoothly and on time, proactively sending meeting recaps, next steps, due dates, owners, and identifying & communicating potential blockers.
  • Utilize outputs of intent data, from ZoomInfo and 6Sense, and additional MarTech stack to influence and prioritize key campaign tactics.
  • Regularly identify optimization opportunities in campaign SOPs, consistently looking for ways to automate or more easily report on processes and systems.

You’ve Got This?

  • 5+ years of experience in Partnership Marketing in B2B space; private equity, logistics, and or supply chain experience preferred
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in time management required
  • Ability to be proactive and self-motivated
  • Comfort working within project management tools such as Wrike, Trello, or similar
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and GTM technologies (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc)
  • Travel may be required up to 20%
