Purpose of Your Work:
As an Implementation Manager working within Managed Services (one of our entities), you will be responsible for overseeing intricate client projects and internal initiatives. Leveraging your expertise in transportation and logistics, you will engage directly with customers, ensuring the precise execution of projects and establishing a rigorous standard for meeting customer expectations. This involves efficiently managing deliverables and project resources.
How You Make a Difference Everyday:
- Ensure projects adhere to process guidelines and communicate with all project stakeholders
- Own the documentation of comprehensive and trackable functional requirements
- Analyze and prioritize project tasks, risks, and requirements
- Set internal teams’ expectations and provide regular progress updates to both internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate project issue statuses to leadership and convey issue urgency realistically.
- Serve as a liaison between external and internal stakeholders for customer implementation projects
- Support clients through weekly status updates, issue resolution, and knowledge sharing.
- Foster effective communication, collaboration, and commitment among internal teams for successful client project execution
- Develop project plans and timelines that balance speed-to-market with best-in-class quality standards based on requirements
- Assist in resolving project problems by documenting, collaborating, tracking, and ensuring timely follow-up for swift resolution
- Contribute insights to improve and standardize business processes that enhance customer service, internal reporting, information flow, and organizational planning
- Leads the daily activities of a project lifecycle through project planning, execution, cutover, and closure
- Manage multiple concurrent customer and internal initiatives of various scopes and technical depth, from tactical to enterprise-wide
- Present complex information to leadership in a concise and effective manner, using data, via PowerPoint or other creative presentation means
- Cultivate a sense of urgency and collaboration in line with Redwoods' company values
You’ve Got This?
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, operations management, transportation, business administration, or related field
- Minimum 1 – 2 years in a transportation/logistics environment, operations experience is a positive
- 1+ years’ experience as business analyst or project manager desired
- Demonstrated project management skills and project leadership ability required
- Excellent attention to detail and strong ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills, able to comprehend and relay complex stories
- Proven track record of successful problem-solving and critical thinking
- Demonstrates timely and efficient follow through on deliverables
- Strong customer service background and the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
- Proven ability to be dynamic and adaptable to customer needs
- Enjoys working in a team environment
- Self-starter, entrepreneurial, high-energy who can take initiative in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to effectively build relationships across Redwood teams at all levels

Work Schedule:
This position is full-time and hybrid Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.
Compensation Range:
$67,500-$82,500
This position is eligible to earn annual incentives based on individual and company performance.
The estimated pay range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the geographical location in which the applicant lives and/or which they will be performing the job.
