Customer Compliance Specialist

Work Schedule:
This position is full-time and hybrid mode Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (MX Time) with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.

Purpose of Your Work:
As?Customer Compliance Specialist, working within brokerage (one of our entities),?you will be responsible for facilitating and executing required tasks to help reduce, improve, and sustain Redwood’s non-invoiced totals, working in conjunction with AR Analysts and both Customer / Carrier Operations. The Operations Compliance Officer will utilize various reports to help provide visibility into issues requiring resolution, support the strategic initiatives outlined by the AR Analysts, Customer Reps, and Hub Leaders as directed, as well providing support on customer-specific functions that are directly related to the invoicing process.
How You Make a Difference Everyday:
Review and analyze brokerage’s weekly non-invoiced report
Perform all functions related to facilitating Redwood’s process of invoicing customers in a timely fashion
Utilize critical thinking to identify, escalate, and solve potential obstacles in the invoicing process in accordance with guidelines provided by their respective account reps and AR Analysts.
Assist in organizing data and materials to aid in Non-Invoiced or AR Aging analysis
Serve as a liaison between Accounting Operations and Carrier Sales Paperwork teams and AR to help facilitate the invoicing process
Review document management queues and assist with documenting indexing
You’ve Got This?
1-2 Years Industry Experience
Bi-lingual in English/Spanish; proficient level for verbal and written communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel a Strong Plus
Excellent Communication Skills
Experience in working with small teams and developing best practices
Ability to create and Implement Process
