Digital Operations Representative

Reports To: Director - Digital Operations

Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León

Environment: Onsite/Hybrid- 1 day per week

Work Schedule:

This position is full-time and onsite/hybrid- 1 day per week after 90 days (performance based)/ Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.

Purpose of Your Work:

As a Digital Operations Representative, you will support the Digital team in Mexico and USA by analyzing consistent rates, preparing performance reports, and negotiating competitive terms with carriers and Redwood representatives. The role focuses on ensuring operational excellence through collaboration, data-driven insights, and strategic negotiation to enhance overall efficiency and performance.

  • Apply data analysis, sales negotiation, and logistics expertise to improve performance and drive operational success.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and analytical tools to evaluate rates, optimize processes, and generate actionable performance insights.
  • Build lasting carrier relationships through effective sales strategies and a focus on trust and reliability.
  • Maintain a proactive, adaptable mindset that ensures consistency and efficiency in high-pressure logistics environments.
  • Enhance operational excellence through strategic negotiation, clear communication, and teamwork.

  • Data Analysis: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel or other tools to analyze rates and generate reports
  • Sales Techniques: Proven ability in sales, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Problem-Solving: Capacity to quickly identify and solve problems that arise in logistics operations
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Adaptability and Resilience: Ability to remain optimistic and proactive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Negotiation: Strong ability to negotiate rates and terms effectively with carriers
  • Bi-lingual in English/Spanish; proficient level for verbal and written communication
