Purpose of Your Work:

As a Digital Content Marketing Specialist working within the Digital Strategy team, you will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing content that drives Redwood’s visibility, engagement, and sales growth. You’ll blend storytelling, strategy, and execution to produce high-performing content that supports digital marketing campaigns, brand awareness, and sales enablement initiatives across multiple channels.

How You Make a Difference Everyday:

  • Develop and execute Redwood’s content marketing strategy to support brand awareness, lead generation, and sales enablement goals.
  • Analyze SEO and AEO insights to identify trending topics, audience questions, and content opportunities.
  • Write and edit impactful content for websites, landing pages, blogs, case studies, emails, and digital ads.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials such as one-pagers, pitch decks, solution overviews, and case studies that help sales teams engage and convert prospects.
  • Translate complex logistics and technology topics into engaging, audience-friendly messaging that differentiates Redwood in the market.
  • Refresh and optimize existing content to improve visibility, engagement, and conversions using SEO and AEO best practices.
  • Apply keyword research, metadata optimization, and search intent insights to ensure content is discoverable and relevant.

You’ve Got This?

  • 2–3 years of experience in digital content marketing, copywriting, or B2B marketing (logistics, SaaS, or tech preferred).
  • Proven ability to create and optimize content across web, campaign, and sales enablement channels.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and AEO best practices, buyer journeys, and digital engagement metrics.
  • Experience using analytics and SEO platforms (SEMrush, Ahrefs, SearchAtlas, or AirOps).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills — able to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable collaborating across teams to meet deadlines and deliver measurable results.

Work Schedule:

This position is full-time and remote Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.

Compensation Range:

Salary Range:

$60,000 - $65,000

This position is eligible to earn annual incentives based on individual and company performance.

The estimated pay range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the geographical location in which the applicant lives and/or which they will be performing the job.
