Purpose of Your Work:
As the Oracle RedwoodConnect Technical Architect working within Redwood Innovate (one of our entities), you will be responsible for documenting technical and/or functional requirements, executing integration tasks, technical implementation of architected solution, performing system configuration, system administration, and training/support through the implementation roll-out. The Technical Architect has the ability to understand the clients’ functional requirements and translate those requirements into technical configurations within an end product.
How You Make a Difference Everyday:
- Conduct RedwoodConnect training sessions and design workshops
- Gather and translate documented requirements and processes to middleware and integration configuration
- Performs product configuration per the requirements defined
- Thoroughly test Integration per the requirements defined
- Report on daily responsibilities and tasks
- Maintaining and designing new integrations using visual mapping tools – including the Altova product suite – and other web based tools.
- Perform data transformations using XML/JSON. Unstructured and structured data transformations with formats like CSV, TXT, EDI, and other basic data types
- Design and develop process orchestrations using technologies such as RedwoodConnect and other platforms.
- Investigate and recommend solutions to customer concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Recommend, document, and execute new department protocol to better meet planned objectives
- Become a practitioner of Redwood Platform Services best business practices
- Provide technical expertise (i.e. application features, functionality, capabilities, data file requirements, database structure, data migration, etc) on the project at-hand and support the internal team during the life cycle of an implementation project
- Configuring application and functionality based on documented requirements/configuration work books
- Creating and maintaining customer-facing and internal project documentation
- Serve as a support, training, or reporting point of escalation
- Communicating project issues that may impact the project success to the appropriate management
- Working with other team members and client(s) to coordinate deliverables
- Working with project team(s) to resolve data, functional and/or application issues
- Provide post implementation support for existing configurations and processes; advance support as indicated
You’ve Got This?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years in Operations, Customer Service, Technology or other related role strongly preferred, where 2+ years within transportation/logistics
- Act as a leader who encourages collaboration and teamwork
- Project Management experience strongly preferred
- Experience with process, system integration, and database/data object relationship design
- Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort using and learning new technology
- Excellent organizational abilities and prioritization skills
- Builds rapport quickly and effectively cross-functionally
- Critical thinker with proven analytical skills
- Strong customer service focus
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing needs/timelines without loss of momentum
- Proven presentation or training experience
- Ability to travel up to 10%
Tools:
- Basic understanding of Zendesk, AWS, Architecture/Cloud computing
- Experience with integration technologies, understanding of various data formats such as XML/JSON, EDI, or hierarchal flat files , or an understanding of integration tools such as MuleSoft or the Altova suite of products a very strong plus but not required
- Proficient in Oracle Products (OTM, GTM & Cloud WMS), Excel, Mapforce, SQL, Reporting, JIRA, Confluence, and LucidChart

Work Schedule:
This position is full-time and remote Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.
Compensation Range:
Salary Range:
$75,000 - $95,000
This position is eligible to earn quarterly incentives based on individual and company performance.
The estimated pay range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the geographical location in which the applicant lives and/or which they will be performing the job.
