Work Schedule:
This position is full-time and remote Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.

Purpose of Your Work:
As a Vice President of Demand Generation working within Redwood Logistics (our parent company), you will be responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of our demand generation efforts.
This is a critical role in driving qualified leads through innovative campaigns and events to expand the company's footprint in the logistics and supply chain industry. You will collaborate closely with the sales, content, product, and digital marketing teams to align initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
How You Make a Difference Everyday:
Strategic Leadership and Planning:
- Lead the Demand Gen and Events team. Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy aimed at driving pipeline, and conversion to bookings to support Redwood GTM growth goals while managing a dedicated budget
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing demand generation team, setting clear goals and performance expectations.
- Translate GTM goals into an effective, fully integrated strategic demand generating plans focusing on key ICPs and verticals across ABM orchestration from buyer intent, industry events, Redwood-hosted events, organic and paid social media, email drips/nurtures, relevant media channels, associations memberships, and other engagement strategies.
- Lead the demand gen team by collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, revenue ops, business development, product, and more.
Demand Generation and Channel Management:
- Drive demand generation programs powered by the marketing technology stack including ZoomInfo, 6Sense, HubSpot, and Salesforce to orchestrate buyer intent, expanding the footprint with existing e customers and acquiring new logos.
- Determine the appropriate messaging for each integrated campaign, including content types, messaging, themes, pain points, value props to key ICPs and verticals
Event Management:
- Manage the event team from planning to execution, from identifying the right events to overseeing their successful implementation including Customer Advisory Board (CAB), customer events, industry events, and more.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze market trends, intent signals, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform decisions and develop campaign execution strategies.
- Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and events, providing insights to optimize ongoing and future campaigns and deliver significant ROI to meet pipeline and bookings targets.
Vendor Management:
- Overseeing relationships with external demand gen agencies and vendors, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives, project timelines, and performance metrics.
- Negotiating contracts with agencies and vendors to secure favorable terms while managing budgets to maximize ROI
- Continuously evaluate agency and vendor performance, driving accountability and optimizing strategies to improve campaign outcomes, efficiency, and innovation.
You’ve Got This?
- 15+ years of B2B demand generation, campaign strategy and digital marketing experience
- Enterprise SaaS or supply chain marketing experience is a major plus
- Proven track record of successfully developing, launching, managing, and tracking integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue
- Knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing, demand generation, marketing automation, lead conversion and nurturing programs
- Excellent analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Exceptional leadership, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Positive, self-starter with a drive to succeed and comfortable with high levels of ambiguity in a quickly changing business environment
- Experience working in a fast-paced, metrics-oriented environment, comfortable with analytics and adapting quickly to meet business needs
- Flexibility to quickly adapt and align with business needs
- Organizational skills to manage multiple projects with flawless execution
