Work Schedule:

This position is full-time and remote Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.

Purpose of Your Work:

As our Channel Campaign Manager working within Redwood Logistics (our parent company), you will be responsible for creating and executing campaigns that drive engagement and demand within the Oracle ecosystem.

This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer with a strong understanding of the Oracle landscape, a background in B2B marketing, and expertise in account-based marketing (ABM) and demand generation strategies. The Channel Campaign Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, launch, and optimize campaigns targeted at Oracle customers, as well as other channel partners like MercuryGate/Korber, project44, etc.

The Channel Campaign Manager will drive demand generation efforts targeting Oracle accounts. This role involves building and managing strategic marketing initiatives with a focus on Oracle-related partnerships to grow Redwood’s pipeline. The ideal candidate will bring experience in technology channel marketing and account-based marketing (ABM) within enterprise environments, along with a strong understanding of Oracle solutions and client needs. This person will work closely with all members of the Demand Generation, Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Product and more and requires proven experience in channel marketing and pipeline generation.

How You Make a Difference Everyday:

  • Channel Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute channel marketing programs with Oracle and MercuryGate, focusing on driving awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth among targeted accounts.
  • Partnership Management: Act as the primary campaign liaison with Oracle and MercuryGate partner counterparts, managing co-marketing activities and ensuring strategic alignment.
  • Account Segmentation & Targeting: Collaborate with the analytics and sales teams to segment Oracle accounts effectively, ensuring targeted and personalized messaging for priority accounts.
  • Content Development: Work with product marketing and content teams to create compelling co-branded materials, case studies, and thought leadership content that resonates with Oracle accounts.
  • Event Marketing Integration: Plan and integrate event-based marketing initiatives, including Oracle and MercuryGate-specific conferences, webinars, and virtual events, into broader channel marketing efforts to maximize Redwood’s brand presence and engagement with Oracle clients.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and measure campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing pipeline performance and reaching quarterly goals.
  • Ownership: Keep projects running smoothly and on time, proactively sending meeting recaps, next steps, due dates, owners, and identifying & communicating potential blockers.
  • Utilize outputs of intent data, from ZoomInfo and 6Sense, and additional MarTech stack to influence and prioritize key campaign tactics.

You’ve Got This?

  • 5+ years of experience in channel marketing, demand generation, or ABM, with a focus on technology partnerships, ideally within Oracle or similar enterprise ecosystems.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in time management required
  • Ability to be proactive and self-motivated
  • Comfort working within project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, Trello, or similar
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and GTM technologies (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc)
  • Travel may be required up to 20%
