Work Schedule:

This position is full-time and remote Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.

Purpose of Your Work:

As our Private Equity Campaign Manager working within Redwood Logistics (our parent company), you will be responsible for creating and executing campaigns that drive engagement and demand within the Private Equity sector.

This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer with a strong understanding of the PE landscape, a background in B2B marketing, and expertise in account-based marketing (ABM) and demand generation strategies. The PE Campaign Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, launch, and optimize campaigns targeted at private equity clients and their portfolio companies.

This person will work closely with all members of the Demand Generation, Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Product and more and requires proven experience in channel marketing and pipeline generation.

 

How You Make a Difference Everyday:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement channel marketing strategies to drive awareness, demand generation, and growth through channel partnerships across: private equity, consultancies, agencies and more.
  • Content Development: Collaborate on the creation of high-impact content (e.g., case studies, thought leadership articles, webinars) tailored to PE clients to drive brand awareness and nurture engagement.
  • Event Integration: Integrate event-based marketing tactics into demand generation efforts, aligning with key industry events and PE conferences, as well as Redwood hosted c-level events to build Redwood’s brand presence and generate leads.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align campaign messaging, goals, and content with Redwood’s value propositions and industry 4PL positioning for PE clients and their portfolio companies.
  • Account Segmentation & Targeting: market analysis and work with the analytics team to identify high-priority accounts, building segmentation strategies to tailor campaigns to key PE prospects and customer profiles.
  • Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, leveraging data insights to continuously optimize and refine campaign strategies, maximize ROI, and support strategic business goals.
  • Ownership: Keep projects running smoothly and on time, proactively sending meeting recaps, next steps, due dates, owners, and identifying & communicating potential blockers.
  • Utilize outputs of intent data, from ZoomInfo and 6Sense, and additional MarTech stack to influence and prioritize key campaign tactics.

 

You’ve Got This?

  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing in B2B space; private equity, logistics, and or supply chain experience preferred
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in time management required
  • Ability to be proactive and self-motivated
  • Comfort working within project management tools such as Wrike, Trello, or similar
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and GTM technologies (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc)
  • Travel may be required up to 20%
