Work Schedule:
This position is full-time and onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.

Purpose of Your Work:
As a Compliance Relations Lead working within Redwood Logistics, you will oversee carrier compliance, financial accuracy, and workflow delegation within the team. You will play a key role in managing the carrier onboarding process, maintaining accurate claim data, and training new hires in system usage and best practices. This position involves monitoring carrier activity through Carrier 411, Carrier Watch and handling escalated ticket issues. Additionally, you will conduct routine compliance audits, track withheld carrier funds, and collaborate with operations to address carriers placed on hold due to compliance or performance concerns. This role requires addressing high-priority claims, providing guidance to the freight claims team, and ensuring adherence to company policies and industry standards.
