Location: Monterrey, Mexico OR Queretaro, Mexico

Environment: Remote

Work Schedule:

This position is temporary full-time (approx. end of 2026) and remote Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with an hour break.

Purpose of Your Work:

As a Cash Application Team Support you will assist with collecting, organizing, and maintaining documentation, supporting testing activities, and completing project-related administrative tasks. This position is designed to support the team so they can remain focused on daily Cash Application operations.

How You Make a Difference Everyday:

• Collect, organize, and maintain documentation for bank transition and process improvement initiatives.
• Gather information from internal and external stakeholders.
• Support AI and other testing efforts
• Maintain files, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other process documentation.
• Complete administrative and project support tasks as assigned.
• Provide general support to the Cash Application team during operational initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Strong communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Exceptional attention-to-detail
• Minimum 1 year proficiency with Microsoft Excel Filters, Formulas, VLookups, & Pivots required
• Previous administrative or project support experience is preferred
• Bachelor of Science preferred

• Bi-lingual in English/Spanish; proficient level for verbal and written communication
